The Committee on the Judiciary moves to amend the bill on page six, section three, lines three through six by striking out the underscored sentence and inserting in lieu thereof the following language:
" A municipal board of zoning appeals in a Class IV town or village shall have not less than three nor more than five members to be appointed by the governing body of the municipality. "
